Vermont Chevon

Vermont Chevon is on a roll with some of New England's best chefs raving about the quality of the meat and specialty and ethnic food markets are beginning to carry chevon. Vermont Chevon just joined with Vermont Creamery's Ayers Brook Goat Dairy in a new partnership and teamed up in a collaborative effort with Vermont Smoke & Cure to bring a scrumptious sausage to market. We are very pleased to be working with Shirley Richardson as she strengthens the region's sustainable agriculture and introduces Americans to a healthy source of protein.
